Reflection: If you are in a hungry you most likely wont do things right. In the other hand if you are quick so will do things in an okay manner, (not make a mistake) and be done with in in a reasonable amount of time.

"When I was teaching basketball, I argued my players to try their hardest to improve on that very day, to make that practice a masterpiece.
This rule is even more important in life than in basketball. You have to apply yourself each day to become a little better. By applying yourself to the task of becoming a little better each and every day over a period of time, you will become a lot better. Only then will you be able to approach being the best that you can be. It begins by trying to make each day count and knowing you can never make it up for a lost day."

Reflection: I think that he is right. I think that with practice things will be a lot easier and you will get more use to whatever you are suppose to do. Just like in basketball, in life you must practice to do the right thing. The more you practice the better you are. In life the more goo things you do the better person you become in the long run. Every single little thing that is good will in the long run make you a better person. You will become much of a better person if you practice being good. The more you practice being good the better you will become, you will not even need to think about it, you will just do it because you are good at making right decisions. Being good and knowing how to make the right decisions will not only make other people think you are a good person but you will feel good about yourself. You will not have to worry about ever making the wrong decision. Also if you are good you wont have negative consequences towards your actions. Practicing at being good in life and making the right decisions makes you a  better person, you feel good and others think good of you.

Reflection: If you did not do something then do not make an excuse for why you did not do it. Making excuses will not take you anywhere. One must never do any of these because it will do you no good. If you whine it only shows that you are not willing to do anything to better others or yourself. When you whine your only showing others that you are lazy and that you don't want to do anything.

Reflection:
I think that one ,must never cheat, lie or steal. These three are all wrong choices. They do you no good. The only thin you will get out of them is a bad consequences. If you never do any of these things, you will live a happy and well life. You will not have to worry about why you choice to do a bad thing by lying, cheating or stealing. For example if you decide to steal money your conscious will not leave you alone. You will live with this until you do something for what you have done.
