I think that this means that if you take care of yourself before anything and everything things will just be the way they are suppose to be. if you do not take care of yourself things will be allover the place and will not work out.
 Some things  that you can do to take care of yourself is stay away from trouble. If someone does something bad don't go along and do it yourself too. Another thing you can do to take care of yourself is be healthy. Do not harm your own body. Don't do things like smoke or drink alcohol.
