I think that one should always do what this statement is saying. If you know what the right thing to do is, then do it. If you know what the wrong thing to do is then do not do it. Same goes with saying the truth if you know the truth say it. If something is not true then don't say it. For example if your parents ask you where have you been and you tell them you where at school and this is the truth than that is okay to do. You are not saying a lie, so it is good.
