I think that this means that what ever you do will reflect who you are. If you are early to a meeting it shows that you are responsible  When you are late to a meeting it shows that you  are irresponsible and that you do not care. I think that people should always do good things in order to let others know how good they are. If you have bad habits, or you do something bad people will see you as a bad person. Your actions tell other people the type of person you are. For example if you have good grades a person will assume that you are smart or that you are a good student.
